HOW THIS JOURNEY STARTED..

A mother and daughter duo, we have taken a leap of faith together and established Property Flip Inc. in order to achieve a more fulfilling life - to work for ourselves, do something we love on a day-to-day basis, and to utilise our creative skills within our very own business. Our plan is to start off by renovating homes, offer creative design solutions and provide styling advice for our clients. Through the use of professional design software, we are able to effectively take the DREAM home in your imagination and turn this into a REALITY. We have also created an interactive blog in which we hope we can share both our skills and knowledge with our readers. We hope that we can INSPIRE you to take the necessary steps to become the version of yourself that you can't stop dreaming about.

BROOKE

MARKETING DIRECTOR

Brooke is our creative marketing guru - her job is to make everything beautiful and to lead the company within the online space. With a background in social media and marketing in real estate, she has years of experience working for the very best. Having completed her Real Estate License, Brooke is able to accurately gauge the property market and advise clients accordingly. Brooke will be the first to tell you that she is completely self-taught, but having an eye for design and a desire for detail, she is always pushing the boundaries on what we can achieve. We can see her natural flare for creativity in her vision boards, colour schemes, floorplans, and feature selections. Always on the go, she loves to get onsite and design on the fly, continuously devising strategies in order to improve a design in every way possible. Growing up in the Redlands, Brooke is able to utilise her local area insight and combine this with powerful branding, genuine care and transparent communication with clients.

NICHOLE

OPERATIONS DIRECTOR

Nichole approaches each day with a positive, bright and bubbly attitude. Her unstoppable energy is a complete asset for Property Flip Inc. With several years of experience within the Real Estate and Marketing industries, she has a passion for developing innovative ways to showcase our brand and our client’s properties. Having completed her Diploma in Graphic Design, Diploma in Public Relations & Marketing as well as her Real Estate License, she is a natural fit. With a lifelong love of real estate, Nichole takes pride in her role of leading all projects. She ensures a timeline is developed, budgets are met and is an efficient problem solver. Always striving to deliver exceptional customer service in all facets of her work from servicing customers to providing staging & styling advice. Nichole has grown up in the Redlands, and lives in Mount Cotton with husband Tony, youngest daughter Taylah and Alaskan Malamute, Oakey Bear Caple (yup, she is as cute as she sounds).
